PADV in the News Atlanta nonprofit group offers training The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Partnership Against Domestic Violence is offering local businesses the opportunity to combat workplace violence. The eighth annual "When Domestic Violence Goes to Work" conference is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 30 at the Loudermilk Center in downtown Atlanta. Twenty-six percent of women have admitted to being a victim of domestic violence, with 64 percent of those saying it had affected their work.
