In the event that less than 750 raffle tickets are purchased or sold, the Grand Prize winner will be awarded twenty-five percent (25%) of the collected proceeds from the Raffle Ticket sales. (For example, if a total of 500 tickets are sold generating $50,000, Grand Prize Winner shall be awarded a prize of $12,500.) If 750 or more Raffle Tickets are sold, Grand Prize Winner may not elect cash prize as a subsitute.
