Ten Ways to Support PADV with a Financial Gift

PADV relies on the generosity of our supporters to help restore power, self-sufficiency and control to domestic violence survivors.

  • Last year, PADV served over 28,000 women and children through our shelters, our crisis line and other supportive services. Please know that your support is an essential factor in our ability to continue providing these services and offering hope and healing to survivors of domestic violence throughout our area.
  • PADV educates Atlanta youth on the dynamics of healthy relationships and teen dating violence to prevent future domestic violence.
  • We collaborate with law enforcement, judicial, faith-based, education, social service and corporate entities to create a coordinated community response to domestic violence, and promote safety for women and children in metro Atlanta.

Please know that your support is an essential factor in our ability to continue providing these services and offering hope and healing to survivors of domestic violence throughout our area.

Giving through payroll deduction is easy. Once you make your designation, that's it, you don't ever have to think about writing a check to support your favorite cause. Making a gift from every paycheck is also an easy way to make a large gift. Even a small amount adds up to a big donation over a whole year.

Workplace campaigns are kicked off in the fall, so be on the look out for your enrollment materials in August and September. You can designate your donation to PADV by filling in our organization code in the appropriate box:

United Way #131 Combined Federal Campaign #5056

Multiply your gift to PADV with your employer’s Matching Gift Program. Thousands of companies will double or even triple tax-deductible contributions made by their employees. Contact your personnel office to find out about your company’s Matching Gift Program. They will give you a matching gift application to complete and mail to PADV; we’ll take it from there.
