3. Payroll Deduction
   PADV is proud to be a United Way Agency and a member of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), as well as a participant in many other private workplace giving campaigns. You can designate your donation to PADV by filling in our organization code in the appropriate box:

4. Matching Gifts Program
   Multiply your gift to PADV with your employer’s Matching Gift Program. Contact your personnel office to find out about your company’s Matching Gift Program. They will give you a matching gift application to complete and mail to PADV; we’ll take it from there. Click here for where to send your application.
5. Monthly Giving
   Join our monthly donor program and become part of a special supporter group providing a reliable source of donations to PADV throughout the year in the most convenient and cost-efficient way possible. Call 404.870.9612 for details.
   
6. Planned Giving
